Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-4 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or made-to-order items may take an additional 2-3 days to process.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
Estimated delivery times:
Domestic: 2-3 business days
International:
By Post:
- Europe: Approximately 10-15 working days (1-2 weeks)
- USA: 15-25 working days (2-3 weeks)
- Other Countries: 15-30 working days (3-4 weeks)
By Express Post:
- Europe: 2-4 working days
- USA: 2-5 working days
- Other Countries: 5-10 working days

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email or updated to your order once it has shipped. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us at strixart_accessories@yahoo.ro.
If you choose the Express shipping method, please make sure to leave a phone number.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly. If your order is delayed in transit, we can only check the status using the tracking number.
Customs & Duties (For International Orders)
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to exchange or return an item for a different size or color, please contact us at strixart_accessories@yahoo.ro before sending it back.
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
We accept exchanges or full refunds if the size, color, etc., is not as expected. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Please do not add the item price on the parcel. If this happens, we will have to pay a tax upon pickup, and this amount will be deducted from your refund.
For exchange items, we will charge the shipping cost (though usually, we don’t charge it).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 2-5 days with photos, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
